Delivery & Returns Policy

Every piece from Wave Jewellery is dispatched with care, fully insured, and delivered in our signature packaging. We want your experience to be seamless from the moment you order to the moment you open the box.

Delivery

How will my order be delivered?

All orders are dispatched via DHL Express, fully insured to the declared value of your item. Packages are sent in plain, unbranded outer packaging for security and discretion — ideal if your purchase is intended as a gift or surprise. Inside, your jewellery will arrive beautifully presented in Wave Jewellery packaging.

A signature will be required upon delivery. We are unable to authorise 'safe drop' or unattended delivery for any order.

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is complimentary on all orders. Once your piece is ready for dispatch, you can expect delivery within 1–3 working days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been collected by our courier.

International Delivery

We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times typically range from 3–7 working days depending on your location, though customs processing may occasionally extend this.

International orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis where available, meaning any applicable import duties and taxes are settled before your parcel arrives, so there are no unexpected charges at your door. For destinations where DDP is not available, the recipient may be responsible for local import duties and taxes upon delivery. Please contact us before placing your order if you have any questions about your specific location.

How long will my order take?

Ready-to-wear pieces are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days. Bespoke and custom orders are made to your specifications — estimated production times will be confirmed at the point of order and communicated clearly throughout the process.

If you require your item urgently, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline where production allows.

Can I send my order to a different address?

Yes. You may specify a delivery address that differs from your billing address at checkout. For security purposes, we may request additional verification for high-value orders delivered to an address not associated with your payment method.

Please note that orders placed via PayPal must be dispatched to your PayPal-registered address.

What if my parcel does not arrive?

All orders are fully insured in transit. If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible — and no later than 30 days from the dispatch date — so we can raise a claim with our courier on your behalf. We will work to resolve the matter promptly, either by arranging a replacement or issuing a refund in accordance with this policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Our exchange policy

We want you to love your Wave Jewellery piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer an exchange on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging and documentation.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at hello@wavejewellery.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with full return instructions. Items must be securely packaged and sent via a fully insured, tracked courier service. We recommend using the same courier used for your original delivery.

Please do not return any item without first contacting us, as unannounced returns cannot be accepted.

Non-exchangeable items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:

  • Bespoke and custom-made pieces, where production has been confirmed and commenced
  • Items that have been engraved, resized, or otherwise personalised
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not present at the time of delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your item arrives faulty or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full regardless of the above.

Faulty or incorrect items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a resolution — whether repair, replacement, or refund — as quickly as possible and at no cost to you.

Ring resizing

We understand that finding the perfect fit can be challenging, particularly for surprise gifts. We offer a complimentary resize service within 60 days of delivery on eligible ring styles. Please note that full eternity rings and certain setting types cannot be resized and will need to be exchanged instead. Contact us and we will advise on your specific piece.

Refunds

Wave Jewellery operates an exchange-only returns policy for change-of-mind returns. Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

  • The item is confirmed as faulty or materially not as described
  • We are unable to fulfil your order
  • A replacement or exchange is not possible

Where a refund is issued, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
