5. Bespoke & Personalised Items Bespoke, engraved, resized, or otherwise personalised items are made to your specification and are non-cancellable once production has begun. Please review your order details carefully before confirming.

6. Delivery We aim to dispatch orders within [X] working days. Delivery timescales are estimates only and we cannot be held liable for delays outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
