Return & Exchange Policy
At Wave Jewellery, we take great pride in crafting high-quality sterling silver jewellery and accessories. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items All bespoke, personalised, and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes any items engraved, resized, or customised to your specification. As these pieces are created uniquely for you, they cannot be resold and are therefore exempt from the standard right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Ready-to-Wear Items — Exchange Only For our ready-to-wear collection, we offer an exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unworn and in its original condition
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
We do not offer cash refunds on change-of-mind purchases. Exchanges are offered for an alternative size, style, or store credit.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault within 6 months of purchase, please contact us at [your email] within 14 days of noticing the issue. We will repair, replace, or offer a store credit at our discretion, in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How to Request an Exchange Email us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for exchange. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Hygiene Notice For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty.
