Many products are bespoke or made to order. Once production has commenced, cancellation may not be possible.
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is that confirmed at checkout.
All products are subject to availability. A contract is only formed when we issue an order confirmation and dispatch confirmation.
6. Consumer Rights and Returns
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by these terms.
You have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. This right does not apply to bespoke or personalised items made to your specification.
To cancel, notify us in writing within the cancellation period. We offer a free ring resizing service within 60 days of delivery. Full details are in our Returns Policy.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
This website is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not warrant that it will be available at all times or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Where products are described as certified, such certification is provided by independent third-party laboratories including GIA and IGI. We do not issue certifications ourselves. Grading is a professional judgement and may vary between laboratories.
