Thank you for shopping with Wave Jewellery. All of our pieces are handmade to order, so please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Handmade to Order Every piece of Wave Jewellery is crafted by hand especially for you. As a result, please allow 3–4 weeks from the date of your order for your item to be made and dispatched. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way.
2. UK Delivery Once dispatched, UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked and typically arrive within 1–3 working days of dispatch.

3. International Delivery We ship to selected international destinations. Once dispatched, international delivery times vary by location. Please note that orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Packaging All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your jewellery arrives in perfect condition, in branded Wave Jewellery packaging — ideal as a gift.
5. Tracking A tracking number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent.
6. Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us at [your email address] and we will investigate promptly. Wave Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, or customs processing.
7. Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
