We had a very sentimental ring repaired and refurbished by Wave this week. Most places were quoting two weeks and said they would need to send it away — Wave dealt with it in house in two days, for less than expected. Professional, quick and did a great job.

I placed my order and was told the earrings may not arrive until after Christmas as they were handmade. To my delight they were dispatched within two weeks and delivered next working day. Beautifully gift-wrapped and even included a beautiful handwritten card. I will definitely order again.

Ordering from Holland, and surprisingly free shipment — that's even hard within my own country! Do not doubt to get in touch with them when you have questions. They reply clearly and fast. When I didn't know how to trace my parcel they did it for me and notified me immediately.

I asked Wave to make me a silver cuff based on an old pewter one I used to have. I only had photos of me wearing it — not easy — but they rose to the occasion. Lots of measurements were made, a jeweller was found, and the result was wonderful.
